Castle Dargan Resort currently leases the apartments as overflow capacity from the hotel, however, this market has been significantly impaired due to Covid19. We are advised there is no written lease in place. The current agreement with the owners is that the resort covers all the management fee costs for the apartments (Electricity, Insurance, Gas, Maintenance, a total of approximately €3,000 per annum) & this is offset against any rental income meaning no net transfer of funds. A number of boilers have had to be replaced & these costs are being written off over 4 years.

We understand that during this lease period if an owner would like to stay at the property it needs to be booked through the hotel and it depends on availability.

The Management Company is currently inactive.
